Standardized Operating Procedures for Prospective Homebuyers Pursuant to Real Property Law §442-H

All agents of The Loyal Realty Agency, LLC are required by State Law to apply The Loyal Realty Agency’s Standard Operating Procedure when qualifying prospective homebuyers.

The Loyal Realty Agency’s Standard Operating Practices are:


  1. Prospective Client’s IDs: Prospective homebuyers are not required to provide identification to work with the Loyal Realty Agency, LLC or any of its sales agents.

  2. Exclusive Broker Agreement: No exclusive brokerage agreements are required to be signed by a prospective homebuyer working with The Loyal Realty Agency, LLC or any of its sales agents

  3. Pre-Approval/Proof of Funds: The Loyal Realty Agency may require Proof of funds (excluding source of income) and/or a mortgage pre-approval letter when required by property owners as part of their prerequisite to making an offer to purchase their property.
